Adapting to a healthy eating habit is CHALLENGING! Our two co-founders grew up with a family history of diabetes and heart disease -- we totally understand the frustration. This frustration motivated us to pursue nutrition degrees at McGill University. In 2015, we put our knowledge and expertise towards creating practical nutrition solutions to achieve a healthy lifestyle. We have one simple goal, and that is to make healthy eating fun, delicious, simple and enjoyable while providing our clients with confidence in our products. Our team consists of dietitians, nutrition PhDs, chefs, and popular food bloggers. We also collaborate with researchers and scientists to deliver validated information to our clients, and incorporate up-to-date research findings into our products.

We’re here to bust that myth as nutrition professionals! We want to bring back whole grains and to inspire healthy carb choices for overall health, and more specifically for heart health, blood sugar and weight management. Our chefs design different flavours every month, and with our two-step instructions, you can easily cook these delicious whole grains as healthy alternatives to rice and potatoes. Oh and don't get us started on our gourmet oatmeal flavours -- you'll never find these in the market! Best of all, everything is portion controlled to maximize the benefits.

We develop, produce, and package all our products at the McGill Food Laboratories with state-of-the-art, advanced industrial standard equipment. All our staff are certified with Canadian Food Safety certification because your food safety and health are our primary concerns.
